Who I Am
Jaclyn approaches therapy at the intersection of science and art, with a particular fascination for the role of language as a window into the mind. For those who speak multiple languages, she sees language itself as a non-ordinary state of consciousness — a living tool for insight, connection, and transformation. Her work draws on a lifelong interest in the ways metaphor, communication, and the body’s own signals can guide us toward deeper understanding and growth.
She received a Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown University and a MSW from Tulane’s School of Social Work. After years of clinical experience in Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy from institutions like MAPS, Beckley Psytech and Inbodied Life Training Programs, Jaclyn is interested in the way that big experiences, like becoming a mother, can act as threshold moments in the arc of ones life.
Jaclyn works with women who are betwixt & between feeling ready to embark on the passage of motherhood, actively aspiring to birth a new life, or beginning to add mother to their identity. She views each of these as pivotal moments in ones matrescence arc. So, whether there is a baby or not, there is an expansion of identity in progress, and that makes for a rich place for conversation to begin.
